Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

By booking a stall at the Botswana Health Expo 2026, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking & Payment
    Stall booking is confirmed only upon full payment. Payment is due within 7 days of reservation.
  2. Stall Allocation
    Locations are allocated at the organiser's discretion.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    - More than 90 days: 75% refund
    - 60–90 days: 50% refund
    - Less than 60 days: No refund
  4. Compliance
    Exhibitors must comply with Botswana health regulations and venue rules.
  5. Liability
    Organisers are not liable for loss or damage — exhibitors should arrange insurance.
  6. Marketing
    Photos/videos may be used for promotion.
